2月首博召开全体职工聘任大会,聘任中层干部10人3月17日重新组建和恢复了社会教育部和资料信息研究中心。4月3号~6月29日为摸清职工队伍素质状况、人才培养、人才储备打下基础。我馆聘请了国家人亊部人才所对我馆现有职工进行素质评估,并对全体职工分不同层次进行了文化、业务考核和心理测试,编制了《首都博物馆队伍建设评估报吿》。
