电主轴是一种高速的主轴部件单元,它是高速加工技术发展的必然性选择。电主轴独特的内置式电机结构形式,使得其发热问题突出,如果散热状况解决不好,将严重地影响电主轴的正常工作。对于电主轴热态特性研究,分析了电主轴的热源和散热方式,通过有限单元法,对电主轴进行网格划分,求出电主轴中各节点的具体温度值及温度场分布云图,建立了液体静压电主轴的热态数学模型。电主轴热态模型的建立及温度场的分析,可以为电主轴的设计提供一定的依据。
