随着海洋事业的不断发展,如何加强海洋区域管理的执法协调机制问题已提到海洋法制建设的议事日程上来。分析海洋区域执法协调机制的构建要素、我国目前海洋区域执法协调机制存在的问题及构建我国海洋区域执法协调机制的思路与对策十分重要,应构建协调性行政许可、联合检查、部门间监督的海洋区域综合执法协调机制。
