当前,我国高速公路的建设正在蓬勃发展着,随之而来的是废水、废渣以及资源浪费等问题给政府带来了很大的困扰。随着能源和环境问题的加剧,低碳环保高速公路成为人们关注的焦点。随着中国第一条低碳环保的高速公路正式通车以后,低碳环保高速公路走进了人们的生活。本文从高速公路管理的基本含义和意义开始分析,介绍了传统模式下的项目管理存在的问题,最后就低碳环保高速公路的项目管理模式提出了个人的观点。
At present, the construction of expressways in our country is booming. The ensuing problems such as waste water, waste residue and waste of resources have brought great troubles to the government. With the intensification of energy and environmental issues, low-carbon green highway has become the focus of attention. With China’s first low-carbon highway opened to traffic after the low-carbon highway into the people’s lives. This article begins with the analysis of the basic meaning and significance of expressway management, introduces the existing problems of project management under the traditional mode, and finally puts forward personal opinions on the project management mode of low-carbon expressway.
