国务院决定开展的“质量、品种、效益年”活动,是各行各业的重点工作之一。如何才能切实搞好这项工作,笔者就平顶山矿务局一矿的情况为例,谈几点认识:(一)加强组织领导,提高全员认识是确保“质量、品种、效益年”活动顺利进行的先决条件。工作必须有领导、有组织才能圆满完成,一矿成立了以矿长为组长、各副矿长、“三总师”和有关区队、科室主要负责人为成员的“质量品种效益年”活动领导小组,负责具体的宣传发动和组织实施工作。矿定期召开专门会议,认真学习上级文件精神,深刻领会开展“质量品种效益年”活动的重大意义,使大家充分认识到煤炭企业要以经济建设为中心,经济建设要以经济效益为中心,经济效益要以质量为中心的重要性,进一步牢固树立了质量
