目的：探讨颅内静脉窦损伤的处理方法及效果。方法：矢状窦前１／３损伤３例，其中缝合结扎２例，明胶海绵压迫止血１例。矢状窦中、后１／３损伤５例，其中缝合修补３例，明胶海绵压迫止血２例。横窦损伤２例，其中骨桥悬吊止血１例，明胶海绵压迫止血１例。结果：出院时遗有偏瘫３例，精神症状２例，余愈后良好，无死亡病例。结论：术前做好充分思想准备，掌握手术时机和适应证，对不同部位静脉窦损伤采取相应处理措施，均能化险为夷
Objective: To explore the treatment and effect of intracranial venous sinus injury. Methods: The sagittal sinus in the first 1/3 of 3 cases of injury, including suture ligation in 2 cases, gelatin sponge hemostasis in 1 case. Sagittal sinus, after 1/3 of 5 cases of injury, including suture repair in 3 cases, gelatin sponge hemostasis in 2 cases. 2 cases of transverse sinus injury, including 1 case of bone bridge suspension hemostasis, gelatin sponge hemostasis in 1 case. Results: 3 cases left hemiplegia after discharge, mental symptoms in 2 cases, Yu Yu after the good, no deaths. Conclusion: Preoperative well prepared to grasp the timing and indications of surgery, sinuses in different parts of the corresponding treatment measures taken to take the risk of ulterior motives
