乡(镇)电管站是农村用电管理的基层单位,每一个电工思想情绪的波动都直接影响着电管站的经营管理,作为“一家之主”的电管站站长,如何有效地去做思想政治工作就显得尤为重要.笔者认为,电管站站长做思想政治工作应以疏通和引导为主,切实做好以下几点:1 理论联系实际.电管站站长在解决人的思想问题时应注意:①面对现实.客观公正,忌说假话.②坚持对症下药,忌说空话.③循序渐进,不搞“急风暴雨”.④敢于碰硬,敢抓“刺头”.⑤因人而异,不搞“一刀切”⑥讲求实效,不搞形式主义.
