流动粒子炉用于焙炖和加热钢丝是一项发展很快的先进技术。这种方法得到的成品质量与鉛浴相当,但无污染毒害,无鉛耗,无氧化铁皮或只有輕微氧化,优点很多。本文讨论了在试验室试验条件下,用流动粒子炉代替鉛浴作等温淬火,选定沸腾粒子,确定工艺参数。通过选用不同化学成分的粒子、粒度、重度、粒子炉温度等温时间、风量等参数处理试样,试样的拉伸强度以达到鉛淬火标准为合适,得出各种工艺条件的定量关系,为在现厂生产实验提供了参考和依据。
