摘 要:多级长皮带联合调速节能系统是为降低带式输送机空载、半载恒速运行造成的电能浪费而设计的控制系统。它采用二维模糊控制算法同时控制多条带式输送机牵引电动机的转速,使得每台带式输送机带速与运量都能合理匹配,实现运输系统的整体节能。本文着重介绍本节能系统中二维模糊控制算法的设计。

【Abstract】The speed control and energy-saving system with multiple stage long belt is a control system.It is In order to reduce energy waste which caused by belt conveyor no-load or half load. It uses two-dimensional fuzzy control algorithm to control every motor speed. Each belt conveyor belt speed and volume can be a reasonable match. Then we can achieve the overall energy of the transport system. This article focuses on the design of two-dimensional fuzzy control algorithm of this energy saving system.

0 引 言
多级长皮带联合调速节能系统(以下简称节能系统)是根据带式输送机(以下简称皮带机)的实时运量来调整带速,减少了目前皮带机无论物料多少均恒速运行造成的电能浪费。本节能系统采用的二维模糊控制是一种基于规则的控制,它采用语言型控制规则,将现场操作人员的控制经验或相关专家的知识变成计算机可以接受的控制模型,让计算机来代替人进行有效的控制[1]。
1 系统介绍
该节能系统用在多台(本文中假设有n台)有级联关系的皮带机运输系统中。软件系统实时监测运输系统中第一台皮带机运量与带速的情况,以此调整后续的n-1台皮带机的带速,在工控机中使用模糊控制算法监测其匹配情况是否最优,若是,则不作任何调整;若不是,则将电动机目标频率、目标电压、调整时刻发送到PLC中,在指定的时刻PLC发送对应电动机的目标频率和目标电压到对应变频器,通过变频器实现对电动机转速的有效控制,进而影响台皮带机带速,以此避免了编号为2到n的n-1台皮带机空载、半载恒速运行而造成的电能浪费,实现了运输系统整体节能目的。
