目的:评估合成龙脑、右旋龙脑和左旋龙脑三种冰片对5-氟尿嘧啶和丹酚酸B肠道吸收的影响,为其配方应用提供实验基础。方法:以5-氟尿嘧啶和丹酚酸B为药物,将三种冰片分别与其混合后进行大鼠肠循环灌流,取不同时间的循环液以HPLC测定两种模型药物含量,计算其肠道吸收率。结果:5-氟尿嘧啶和丹酚酸B经2h肠道循环后吸收率分别为28.22%、10.06%,与左旋龙脑、右旋龙脑和合成龙脑共循环后吸收率则分别为37.67%、54.30、47.16%和32.26%、29.98%、12.60%,显示右旋龙脑和合成龙脑能显著提高5-氟尿嘧啶的肠吸收,右旋龙脑和左旋龙脑则能显著提高丹酚酸B的的肠吸收。结论:三种冰片均有不同程度的促进肠道吸收作用,但对于不同药物,不同冰片的促吸收作用强度有所不同,在配伍应用中应予关注。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of borneol, dextroban and levucreone on intestinal absorption of 5-fluorouracil and salvianolic acid B, and provide an experimental basis for its application. Methods: 5-Fluorouracil and salvianolic acid B were used as medicine, and three kinds of borneol were respectively mixed with it for intestine perfusion of rat intestine. The circulating fluid of different time was used to determine the content of drug in the two models and the intestinal absorption rate . Results: The absorption rates of 5-fluorouracil and Salvianolic acid B after 2 h of intestinal circulation were 28.22% and 10.06%, respectively, and were 37.67% and 37.67%, respectively, after being circulated together with levarnorubine, dextrorphan and dexamethasone, 54.30,47.16% and32.26%, 29.98% and12.60%, respectively. The results showed that dextran and synthetic borneol significantly enhanced the intestinal absorption of 5-fluorouracil, while dextromethorphan and levocerebroside significantly increased salvianolic acid B The intestinal absorption. CONCLUSION: All three kinds of borneol have different effects on intestinal absorption. However, for different drugs, different borneol have different absorption and absorption intensities, and should pay attention to compatibility application.
