青岛中银大厦足青岛市目前在建的最高的高层建筑.裙房为地上四层钢筋混凝土框架结构,主楼地下四层,地上五十四层为现浇钢筋混凝土筒形结构,1～4层为外框内筒结构,5层为结构转换层,以上为筒中筒结构,筒高179.8m,屋顶为钢屋架及桅杆,建筑总高度244.7m.本工程地下柱、墙.地上1～10层的柱、墙及内外筒均为C60高强泵送混凝土,地下结构墙体为S8抗渗C60泵送混凝上.其中1.5m宽×4.1m高结构转换大梁是施工中的难点,我们除采取有效的立模技术外,还采用C60高强混凝土、掺加沸石粉大体积混凝土泵送施工技
The Qingdao Qingdao Bank of China Building is the tallest high-rise building currently under construction in Qingdao. The podium is a four-story reinforced concrete frame structure on the ground. The first to fourth floors are The inner frame structure of the outer frame, 5 layers is the structural transformation layer, the above is the barrel tube structure, the cylinder height is 179.8m, the roof is the steel truss and the mast, the total building height is 244.7m. The underground column and wall of the project, the ground is 1 to 10 layers. Columns, walls and inner and outer cylinders are all C60 high-strength pump concrete, and underground structure walls are S8 impervious C60 pumping concrete. Among them, the 1.5m wide and 4.1m high structural conversion girders are difficult in construction. In addition to the vertical mold technology, C60 high-strength concrete and bulk concrete mixed with zeolite powder are used for pumping construction technology.
