Abstract Objective To evaluate the image quality of the spares CEMRA sequence covered by the whole brain with high spatial resolution. Methods Totally 23 patients who underwent craniocerebral scans were enrolled in this study. Among them, 19 were intracranial lesions and 9 were vascular malformations. On 3.0 T MR equipment, spares CEMRA sequence scan was performed after a single dose of contrast agent was injected. Two neuroradiologists independently scored a total of 24 items and displayed and diagnosed vascular segments using a 5-point scale. 5 represents very good, 1 representative shows poor.
