随着对铁道车辆用的制动机性能要求的提高,加快制动作用传递特性的问题尤其受到重视。为此,曾研究了各种形式的急制动阀,以期提高车辆制动机的制动性能。众所周知,车辆制动机的动作取决于列车管内空气压力的变化。因此研究列车管中空气压力在传递过程中的变化是极为重要的。研究这种变化的相关因素,可为设计急制动阀提供一定的理论依据。国外通过多种形式的模拟试验研究,取得了满意的结果。本文简要介绍日本的一些研究情况。
With the increasing demand on the performance of the brakes for railway vehicles, the issue of accelerating the transmission characteristics of the braking effect has drawn particular attention. To this end, various forms of emergency brake valves have been studied in order to improve the braking performance of vehicle brakes. As we all know, the action of the vehicle brake depends on the change of the air pressure in the train tube. Therefore, it is very important to study the change of air pressure in the train tube during the transmission. Studying the relevant factors of this change can provide some theoretical basis for designing emergency brake valve. Foreign countries through various forms of simulation experiments and achieved satisfactory results. This article briefly introduces some of Japan’s research.
