目的:观察应用高速涡轮钻法拔除下颌中低位阻生智齿的临床疗效。方法:选择下颌中低位阻生智齿患者190例,随机分为骨凿劈冠组和高速涡轮钻组各95例,分别采用骨凿劈冠法和高速涡轮钻法拔除下颌中低位阻生智齿,观察2组术后疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:高速涡轮钻法拔除下颌阻生智齿平均手术时间显著短于骨凿劈冠法(P<0.05),术后并发症的发生率显著低于骨凿劈冠法(P<0.05)。结论:高速涡轮钻法拔除下颌中低位阻生智齿具有操作简便、手术时间短、创伤小,术后并发症发生率低等优势,值得推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of high-speed turbodrill extraction of mandibular middle and low level impacted wisdom teeth. Methods: One hundred and ninety cases of middle and low mandibular wisdom teeth were selected and randomly divided into two groups: 95 cases with osteotome split crown group and high speed turbo diamond group, respectively. The curative effect and complications of the two groups were observed. Results: The average operation time of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth with high-speed turbine drilling was significantly shorter than that with osteotomy (P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that with osteotomy (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: High-speed turbodrill extraction of mandibular mid-and-distal impacted wisdom teeth is simple and easy to operate, with short operation time, small trauma and low incidence of postoperative complications, which is worth popularizing.
