刑事诉讼法的再次修改,在司法理念与司法实务方面均体现出了巨大的变化。特别为从制度上防止刑讯逼供行为的发生,新刑诉法增加了拘留、逮捕后及时送看守所羁押,在看守所内进行讯问和讯问过程的录音录像规定。这就对检察机关查办职务犯罪提出了更高的要求。笔者多年来一直在基层检察机关从事查办职务犯罪的侦查工作,对看守所查办职务犯罪审讯场所存在的诸多问题深有感触。本文就新刑诉法实施下的看守所职务犯罪审讯场所建设表达一下自己的一点看法。
The revision of the Criminal Procedure Law has shown tremendous changes in both judicial concepts and judicial practices.
