吉林省丹峰林业作为具有鲜明计划经济特点的国有森工企业 ,改革初期受国家关于减少对天然林采伐政策的冲击和由计划经济向市场经济转变的影响 ,一度面临生存发展困境。但他们靠改革创新 ,以思想观念转变为先导 ,以围绕建立现代企业制度为目标 ,以提高企业经济效益为中心 ,以建立模拟市场核算机制为突破口 ,把加强党的建设和企业文化建设有机结合起来 ,从而使企业在短短几年里走出了一条国有森工企业改革发展的希望之路。
