本文观察了丹参对实验性急性胃粘膜损伤大鼠胃粘膜组织过氧化脂质(LPO)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的影响。结果为丹参组胃粘膜LPO含量显著低于乙醇组(P<0.01),而SOD和GSH-Px活性高于乙醇组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。经积差相关分析,丹参组和乙醇组胃粘膜LPO含量与胃粘膜损伤率呈正相关。提示丹参的胃粘膜保护作用与清除氧自由基、抑制脂质过氧化反应和提高组织氧化能力有关。
In this paper, the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza on the content of peroxidative lipid (LPO) and the activities of superoxidase dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in gastric mucosa of experimental acute gastric mucosal lesion in rats were observed . The results showed that the gastric mucosal LPO content in salvia miltiorrhiza group was significantly lower than that in ethanol group (P <0.01), while the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were higher than those in ethanol group (P <0.01, P <0.05). Correlation analysis by area difference showed that there was a positive correlation between LPO content in gastric mucosa and gastric mucosal lesion in Danshen group and ethanol group. Prompted Salvia gastric mucosal protective effect and scavenging oxygen free radicals, inhibition of lipid peroxidation and improve tissue oxidation ability.
