东北地区第五次图书馆学科学讨论会,在与会者的积极努力下,今天胜利闭幕了。我代表大会领导小组作简要学术总结。我们这次学术讨论会之所以获得积极成果,有三个原因:一是得到三省图书馆工作者的重视。广大学会会员和图书馆工作者踊跃撰写论文,共提交论文470多篇,是三省历届学术研讨会论文最多的一次。会前,东北三省图书馆学会共精选出90篇论文出席大会交流,又筛选出60篇论文作书面交流,这些论文都有较高的质量。二是三省各学会非常重视这次学术讨论会,各自都作了充分的准备。三省学会的秘书长专门举行会议对会议的安排进行了研究根据三省会
The Fifth Northeast University Library Science Symposium, with the active efforts of the participants, the victory ended today. On behalf of the leading group, I make a brief academic summary. There are three reasons for the positive results of this symposium: First, the attention of library workers in three provinces has been given priority. The majority of members and library workers enthusiastically wrote papers, a total of more than 470 papers submitted, is the most previous academic seminar papers in three provinces. Before the conference, a total of 90 papers selected by the three northeast library associations were selected to attend the conference and 60 papers were selected for written communication. These papers all have high quality. Second, the three provinces and institutes attached great importance to this symposium and each made adequate preparations.
