一、设计理念以“健康第一”为指导思想,以“学生主动发展”为核心,以“自主学练”为主要方式,在教学中,一方面把跳跃的相关技能以游戏化练习并融入教学的各环节,让学生在各种游戏活动中体会积极参与体育活动所带来的乐趣,另一方面是面向学生,关注个体差异,让学生在宽松、和谐的课堂氛围中不知不觉地初步掌握单跳双落的动作方法与技能。二、学情分析在我们学校,二年级的班级人数为36人,男女比例还算比较平衡,班级风气也比较好,学生学习也都比较积极,
