从温度与彩色辉度间的转换、三维网格单元体的表面温度值与彩色值间转换、铸件三维温度场的彩色图象模拟方面,说明铸件三维温度场彩色图象模拟原理及方法。并以汽车后桥壳和柴油机曲轴为例,用256色图形显示技术模拟了铸件任意角度和截面的三维温度场。其模拟结果可用于预测铸件内部产生缩孔、缩松的危险区域。
The principle and method of color image simulation of three dimensional temperature field of castings are described in terms of the conversion between temperature and color intensity, the conversion of the surface temperature value and color value of the three-dimensional grid element body and the color image simulation of the three-dimensional temperature field of the casting. Taking the automobile rear axle shell and the diesel engine crankshaft as an example, the 3D temperature field at arbitrary angle and section of the casting is simulated with 256 color graphic display technology. The simulation results can be used to predict the risk of shrinkage, shrinkage in the castings.
