我国民族体育文化作为中华民族传统文化的重要组成部分,是我国古代人民留给炎黄子孙的一笔宝贵精神财富。本文在概述民族体育文化的基础上,分析了当前我们沿革与发展民族体育文化中所呈现出的问题,并进一步提出建立健全民族体育文化理论体系,建立健全民族体育文化的休闲化模式,建立健全民族体育文化的市场化模式,建立健全民族体育文化的开放模式,从而更好地促进我国民族体育文化的沿革与发展。
