当前青少年学生性别角色偏差的倾向似乎日趋严重,原因很多也很复杂,但绝大多数学生并非真正意义上的性别偏差,老师和家长的适当引导非常必要。在讨论中,老师们普遍认识到导致学生出现性别角色偏差最重要的原因是家庭因素。因此,我们以家庭影响为主要分析对象,试图全面呈现看似简单却繁复万分的性别角色偏差成因。正是由于偏差成因过于繁复,老师们尤其是中学老师在解决此类问题时,往往有无从下手、爱莫能助的感慨。所以,我们将解决策略分为家庭指导和学校引领两个屡面,一是强调获得家长的通力配合必不可少;二是希望帮助老师们总结梳理解决问题的有效方法与途径。值得一提的是,在来稿中,有些老师以家长的身份,介绍了自己和家人配合老师对孩子进行教育引导的过程。这为解决此类问题提供了多元角度,具有一定借鉴意义。
At present, the tendency of the deviation of gender roles of young students seems to be getting worse. The reasons are many and complicated. However, most students are not real gender bias. The proper guidance of teachers and parents is very necessary. During the discussion, teachers generally recognized that the most important reason for the students’ deviation of gender roles was family factors. Therefore, we take the family influence as the main analysis object and try to present the cause of deviation of seemingly simple but complex gender roles. It is precisely because of the causes of bias is too complicated, teachers, especially high school teachers in the solution to such problems, often have no start, helpless emotion. Therefore, we will solve the strategy is divided into family guidance and school to lead the two are multiple, one that emphasizes the full cooperation of parents is essential; the second is to help teachers summed up the effective ways to solve problems and ways. It is worth mentioning that in the contributions, some teachers as parents, introduced themselves and their families with the teacher to educate and guide the process of children. This provides a multi-angle solution to such problems and has certain reference value.
