教师管理工作主要包括常规业务指导和管理,专业成长培养及师德建设等。一、存在的问题(一)教师思想政治工作薄弱。目前学校只抓教师的教学工作,对于教师的思想工作漠不关心。对教师出现的思想问题,学校领导视而不见,见而不问,问而不管。认为这些都是个人问题,与学校无关,无关大局,怕得罪人,日积月累,积少成多,教师群体的不良思想相互影响,甚至侵蚀着教师的风气,导致这些教师道德水平低下、法制观念淡薄,对教育改革过程中的人员分配不易接受,思想出现极大的偏颇,严重的甚至影响到教育教学改革的顺利进行。

At present, the school only grasps the teacher’s teaching work, indifferent to the teacher’s ideological work. The bad ideas of the teachers ’groups influence each other and even erode the teachers’ ethos. As a result, these teachers have low moral standards and weak legal concepts , The distribution of personnel in the process of education reform is not easy to accept, the thinking appears extremely biased, and even seriously affected the education and teaching reform proceeding smoothly.
