牵引电动机是电传动机车动车产生驱动力的重要部件。在可靠性方面,由于牵引电动机不良造成的机车故障占机车总故障的30%左右。由此可知,电传动机车动车是否可靠在很大程度上取决于牵引电动机是否可靠。国外有关部门非常重视牵引电动机的可靠性,做了大量的研究统计工作,取得一定的效果。本文想在概略介绍国外牵引电动机可靠性的基础上,着重阐述异常振动的形成原因、对牵引电动机的危害以及防护办法,常发故障环火的预测及保护,并在“预防修与可靠性预测”一节中叙述预防修的优点,推荐两种简便的可靠性推算方法,最后对如何作好在用的一万五千台牵引电动机的维护提出几点看法。这些内容不一定都对,仅供参考,并欢迎读者提出批评指正。
Traction motors are an important part of the driving force for electric drive motors. In terms of reliability, locomotive failures due to poor traction motor account for about 30% of the total locomotive fault. From this we can see that the reliability of electric drive car depends largely on whether the traction motor is reliable. Foreign departments attach great importance to the reliability of traction motors, done a lot of research statistics, and achieved some results. Based on a brief introduction of the reliability of the traction motor in foreign countries, this paper focuses on the causes of abnormal vibration, the hazards of the traction motor, the protection methods and the prediction and protection of the fault ring fire. In addition, "Section describes the advantages of preventive maintenance, recommend two simple methods of reliability estimation, and finally how to make good use of 15,000 traction motor maintenance to make a few observations.
