一般认为P物质(SP)是疼痛的神经递质。主要理由是以辣椒辣素(Cap)等刺激一级感觉神经元时,脊髓后角释放出SP,后角神经元的电生理活动增强,而吗啡与类鸦片肽的作用被抑制。本次对含有SP的一级感觉神经元(脊神经节细胞)进行形态学研究。
It is generally believed that substance P (SP) is a painful neurotransmitter. The main reason is that stimulation of primary sensory neurons by capsaicin or the like causes SP at the posterior horn of spinal cord to be released and the electrophysiological activity of posterior horn neurons is enhanced, while the action of morphine and opioid peptides is suppressed.
