作者对16例各骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者白细胞相关抑制活性(LIA)抑制正常CFU-GM进入细胞周期S期进行了研究。标本取自MDS患者外周血,通过对低密度细胞培养分析其LIA。预处理后的低密度细胞在半固体琼脂培养基上进行连续培养,以~3H-胸腺嘧啶自杀试验测定抑制率。结果如下:RA或RAS 12例,阳性3例;CMML 1例,阴性;RAEB 1例,阳性;RAEB-T 2例,阳性,长期观察这两例,最后发展为RAEB,LIA升高早于其转变
The authors investigated the leukocyte-associated inhibitory activity (LIA) of 16 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) to inhibit normal CFU-GM entering the cell cycle S phase. Specimens were obtained from peripheral blood of patients with MDS and their LIA was analyzed by low-density cell culture. Low density cells after pretreatment were continuously cultured on semi-solid agar medium, and the inhibition rate was determined by ~ 3H-thymidine suicide test.
