铸铝件清砂一直是一项很困难的作业,特别是内燃机铸铝件,内腔复杂而壁薄,铸件质软,砂芯坚硬,出砂孔小。传统的清砂方法是用扁铲剔,榔头敲,风镐打,震砂机震。清理一件象汽油机汽缸体和汽缸盖这样典型的铸铝件需要几十分钟甚至一个多小时,结果还是没有彻底把砂芯清干净,而且时常碰伤铸件。对于内燃机小型铸铝件如水泵壳,水泵支架,出水管,注油管等管形薄壁件,清砂更是困难。铝合金浇注温度较低,浇注后砂芯的残余强度几乎和浇注前一
