绩效管理体系是企业为了实现战略目标,以工作目标设定和关键绩效指标为载体,通过绩效管理的几个环节来实现对各岗位人员工作绩效的客观衡量和有效指导,从而调动全员积极性以实现组织的整体目标的管理体系。真正的绩效管理从来就是将战略落地的一个过程、是一个衡量能力区分的尺度、更是推动价值观从理念到行为的一个过程。绩效不仅仅强调结果导向,更强调在过程中进行的组织行为的改进,而事实上围绕绩效达成进行的过程控制是战略落地的关键因素。
