新型萘基修饰四硫富瓦烯衍生物的合成及性质研究

在K2CO3存在下,对甲基苯磺酸酯四硫富瓦烯衍生物1和2-萘硫酚反应合成了新型萘基修饰的四硫富瓦烯衍生物2,并借助核磁、质谱、红外、元素分析等测试手段进行了结构表征.循环伏安法研究表明化合物2对Zn2+和Cd2+有电化学响应.荧光滴定实验表明,加入所测的金属离子,化合物2的荧光增强,且Zn2+和Cd2+离子引起的荧光增强较为显著.因此,化合物2可以作为电化学和荧光双重信号检测Zn2+和Cd2+的离子传感器. In the presence of K2CO3, a novel naphthyl-modified tetrathiafulvalene derivative 2 was synthesized by the reaction of p-toluenesulfonate tetrathiafulvalene derivative 1 with 2-naphthalenethiol and characterized by means of nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry, infrared , Elemental analysis, etc. Cyclic voltammetry studies showed that compound 2 had electrochemical reactions with Zn2 + and Cd2 + .The results of fluorescence titration showed that the fluorescence of compound 2 increased with the addition of the metal ions and the fluorescence of Zn2 + and Cd2 + Ion-induced fluorescence enhancement is more significant, therefore, compound 2 can be used as a dual electrochemical and fluorescent signal detection Zn2 ​​+ and Cd2 + ion sensor.
