The 2nd US Machine Tool Fair, sponsored by the National Machine Tool Builder Association (NMTBA), was held at the Shanghai Exhibition Hall from March 12 to March 20, 1985. NMTBA is made up of 400 machine tool manufacturing companies that produce about 90% of the total machine tool production in the United States. The number of exhibitors in Shanghai this year was only 23, but a few more than the number of manufacturers participating in the first exhibition held in Beijing in March 1983. In addition to the machine tool at the exhibition, a few manufacturers exhibited measuring instruments, knives, fixtures and mold parts. Cincinnati - Milacron also
