中国企业在标准上没有制定权,在价格上没有定价权,在分配上没有话语权,在竞争中就丧失了主动权民营企业要全面提升国际竞争力,就要把握竞争策略。一是连横策略。只有国内联盟才有可能打赢国际竞争。在国内合作方面必须要有民族产业大局,要有唇亡齿寒的相依感,不能做国人痛外人快的事。浙江商人注重效果,但有时候太执著,往往会同行相忌、同根相煎、同乡反目、同台压价,以外压内,为外所用。所有的低价都是自己杀下来的,所有的商业机密都是自己吐出来的,所有的市场都是自己让出来的。要连横就应该让眼光和胸襟更开阔一点,要有一种精神、一种道义、一种责任;要把豪爽、尚义、功利,把英雄、好汉、儒商结合在一起。
