陕西省镇安县位于秦岭东段南麓,秦岭丰富多样的植物资源为盆景创作提供了广阔的空间。在镇安爱好盆景、花草之风盛行,家家户户的阳台上多有盆景、花草,虽创作技艺、理念尚稚嫩,但众多盆景爱好者的热情甚高。近年在镇安盆景协会的组织下,众多爱好者积极走出去参加各类盆景活动,开阔了眼界,镇安盆景事业也走上了快速发展的道路。镇安刘胜友先生创建的松友园当是镇安盆景快速发展的写照。刘胜友与夫人张银莲都爱好盆景多年,2012年,买地并收集了百余件刺柏、油松、黑松、五针松、罗汉松等资源,创建松友园,其规模、品质在陕南地区当属一流。刘胜友先生还与夫人张银莲女士远走山东、江苏、浙江、安徽等地,拜访各地盆景园,观摩名家造型技艺,积极提高自身的创作与鉴赏能力。还时常邀请中国盆景艺术大师樊顺利先生徒弟、河南省青年盆景作家侯万朝到松友园创作交流,也为镇安盆景爱好者提供了观摩、学习的机会。松友园建园时间尚短,盆景作品还显稚嫩, Zhen’an County, Shaanxi Province is located in the southern foot of the eastern section of the Qinling Mountains, Qinling rich and varied plant resources for the creation of bonsai provides a broad space.
