批林批孔运动深入开展以来,我厂广大职工提高了阶级斗争和路线斗争的觉悟,社会主义积极性空前高涨。1974年上半年,自制成功灯壳切滚边专用机床和六工位冲床各一台,其中配合了二组灯壳冲压机械手,完成了灯壳冲压自动线的大部分工作,并于八月份正式投入生产。这条自动线适用于各种汽车、拖拉机外装式大灯和防雾灯灯壳的冲压加工。过去,每只灯壳的九道冲压工序,分散在各台设备上完成,如果组成一条生产流水线,需要9台设备,23个工人操作。实际生产中是按照工序的先后,轮流在3~4台设备上加工,这样就形成了半制品的成批堆放和多次转运,占用了大量生产面积,延长了生产周期。自动线的基本设计思想就是用机械手解决工序之间的传递问题,变分散加工为自动流水生产,每只机械手可以代替两个工人手操作,整条自动线只
