类固醇激素性肌病是指由于肾上腺皮质机能亢进或由应用肾上腺皮质激素制剂对肌肉产生副作用所致的一类肌病。本文所报告的病例是由后者所引起的。这类肌病最早是由Dubois所发现,后来,也有文献报告过,在应用肾上腺皮质激素治疗自身免疫性疾病中,均可发生这种肌病。本文所报告的病例,是由于应用地塞米松治疗类风湿病所致的肌病。现报告如下: 邵某,男,10岁。吉林省四平市人。住院号
