根据现代激励理论,股权激励是一种有效的长期激励方式,是适合现代企业长期发展的激励手段。从国外的经验和实践情况来看,股权激励的实施在很大程度上促进了企业发展与股东价值的增值。股权激励是一种有效的长期激励方式,但在我国的实践探索中还存在很多制约股权激励机制的因素。文章就该问题的解决提出一些对策与建议,希望在逐步的探索中不断完善各项制度,保证激励作用得到合法、有效的发挥。
According to the modern incentive theory, equity incentive is an effective long-term incentive method and an incentive method suitable for the long-term development of modern enterprises. From the experience and practice of foreign countries, the implementation of equity incentive has greatly promoted the development of enterprises and the added value of shareholder value. Equity incentive is an effective long-term incentive method, but there are still many factors restricting the incentive mechanism of equity in China’s practice exploration. The article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the solution of this problem, hoping to constantly improve various systems in a step-by-step exploration and ensure that the incentive functions are played legally and effectively.
