培养学生的创造思维和口才,关键是在课堂教学中启发学生“动天君(大脑)”,并“解放学生的嘴巴”(叶圣陶语),让他们敢想敢说,爱想爱说,多想多说,善想善说。而传统教学往往是:老师讲,学生听;老师板书,学生记;老师问,学生答,一个人牵着几十个人的鼻个走,而且重书面表达,轻口语训练。为了改变这种单向传递的封闭型课堂结构,培养学生的口头表达能力、自学能力和创造性思维能力,我采用了段力佩先生提出的“有领导的茶馆式”的教学形式。每学新课前,我给每个学生发一张提问卡片,引导他们认真细致地预习课文。同学们把难点、疑
