用同步法合成了聚醚型聚氨酯/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PU/PMMA)互穿聚合物网络(IPN),以甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯(HEMA)为网间接枝剂,研究了组成比及HEMA用量对其形态与性能的影响。结果表明,HEMA可使分散相接枝到连续相中形成复合网络,从而改善了相容性。当PU/PMMA=80/20(质量比)时,其动态力学谱上出现一个T_t,断裂伸长率为987%;改变HEMA用量,动态力学谱中两个T_t则随其用量的增加而明显降低,通过电镜观察发现,其细胞状结构变小。
Polyether polyurethane / polymethylmethacrylate (PU / PMMA) interpenetrating polymer networks (IPNs) were synthesized by the synchronous method.
