改革开放以来,新疆对中亚国家的投资取得了明显的效果,但从整体上看,对中亚国家的投资仍处于初期发展阶段,与发达地区相比,还存在较大差距,这与外贸发展速度极不相称。新疆企业在对中亚国家直接投资过程中存在资金短缺、人才缺乏、缺乏创新机制、政府管理和制度障碍等问题。为促进新疆对中亚国家投资,新疆企业应选择正确的投资地区及投资方法,同时政府应发挥积极作用着力改造投资环境。
Since the reform and opening up, Xinjiang’s investment in Central Asian countries has achieved remarkable results. However, on the whole, the investment in Central Asian countries is still in the initial stage of development. Compared with the developed regions, there is still a long way to go. This is in line with the foreign trade The rate of development is disproportionately high. In the process of direct investment in Central Asian countries, Xinjiang enterprises have problems such as shortage of funds, lack of qualified personnel, lack of innovation mechanism, government management and institutional obstacles. In order to promote Xinjiang’s investment in Central Asian countries, Xinjiang enterprises should choose the correct investment areas and investment methods. At the same time, the government should play an active role in efforts to transform the investment environment.
