伴随着现代化经济与科技的不断发展与进步,企业对人才量的需求也越来越大,这使很多企业更加关注人力资源管理自身的体系是否支持公司的战略发展,是否能在人才结构、组织结构、管理流程等竞争中赢得优势等。国内外很多企业用人力资源审核的方式实现这一目的,但目前在我国的实践还很少。本文通过对国有企业人力资源审核模型和人力资源审计案例的分析,从新的视角评价人力资源管理的绩效,并对人力资源团队的发展提出转变管理方式、提高团队的专业化资质、构建人力资源服务分享中心等建议。
