由于紫铜导热性高,使施焊时保持局部加热的条件恶化。所以对紫铜焊接,要求有较强的焊接热源,并且在焊前必须预热。我厂改制大型变压器,在紫铜线圈抽头引线中,有部分厚紫铜排,要求在保护好绝缘部分前提下,进行现场焊接。这类由绝缘纸、白纱带、清漆及油类等物质组成绝缘层极易燃烧,因而不允许用强热源进行大面积预热焊接。我们在分析紫铜的几种施焊方法后认为,在不破坏绝缘层的前提下保证焊接质量,确定对紫铜排采用手工电弧冷焊比较适宜,其工艺简介如下。
