随着经济金融体制的深化改革,扶风县人民银行在不转换会计职能的过程中,注重抓好会计达标升级工作,抓思想教育,造就一批政治素质较强的干部队伍,狠抓基础,提高会计人员业务素质,严格执行操作规范化制度化,一步一个脚印,年年上新台阶,成绩显著,连续3年被评为市级先进集体。1989年会计工作达标,1990年升三级,1993年省行验收为二级行。一、抓基础重建设,提高干部思想和业务素质。人民银行会计部门是行使中央银行监督、管理的职能,作为县级人民银行要发挥中央银行的职能,就必须培养一支既精通银行业务又能正确贯彻执行政策、法令的干部队伍,以适应县级人民银行的工作需要,为此支行抓了以下几个方面工作:
