文章阐述了无核密度仪(PQI)的基本原理及使用PQI进行沥青路面密度(压实度)检测评价的方法;基于PQI测试结果,建立了沥青混合料密度与施工碾压遍数的关系;在使用PQI和先进的施工机械沥青混合料转运车进行的联合测试中,得出了使用沥青混合料转运车可以明显地改善沥青面层的均匀性,以及沥青混合料转运车对提高PQI测量精度具有一定的作用的结论。研究结果表明,PQI因其快速、无损的特点,在沥青路面施工质量控制中具有重要的实用价值和应用前景。
In this paper, the basic principles of PQI and the method of PQI for evaluating asphalt pavement density (compaction) are described. Based on the results of PQI test, the relationship between the density of asphalt mixture and the number of construction roller compaction is established. In the joint test using PQI and advanced construction machinery asphalt transportation vehicles, it was concluded that the use of asphalt transportation vehicles can significantly improve the uniformity of asphalt surface layer and the improvement of PQI measurement accuracy of asphalt transportation vehicles Has a certain role in the conclusion. The results show that PQI has important practical value and application prospect in asphalt pavement construction quality control because of its fast and non-destructive characteristics.
