以大鼠角叉菜胶注射致炎法,纸片肉芽肿形成法及LD50分组法,观察茶多酚的抗炎作用和急性毒性。结果表明,茶多酚灌胃给药对急性和慢性炎症模型均有显著抗炎作用,抗炎作用于用药1h 起效,维持8h,剂量间呈明显量效关系;用Bliss法求得大鼠和小鼠口服LD50 分别为2.15g/kg 和1.45g/kg,小鼠腹腔注射LD50 为0.13g/kg。提示:茶多酚具有毒性小和显著抗炎作用
The anti-inflammatory effect and acute toxicity of tea polyphenols were observed in rats injected carrageenan injection inflammation method, paper granuloma formation method and LD50 grouping method. The results showed that tea polyphenols administration had significant anti-inflammatory effects on both acute and chronic inflammation models. The anti-inflammatory effects were effective for 1 h and maintained for 8 h. The dose-response relationship was significant between doses. Rats were obtained by Bliss method. The oral LD50 of mice and mice was 2.15 g/kg and 1.45 g/kg, respectively, and the mouse LD50 was 0.13 g/kg. Tip: Tea polyphenols have little toxicity and significant anti-inflammatory effects
