在分析唐山地区高炉瓦斯灰特性的基础上,提出一种高炉瓦斯灰综合回收利用及再资源化的工艺流程,并通过一系列试验对该工艺流程进行了验证。试验结果表明,该工艺不但能够有效地利用高炉灰中的Fe、C等元素,而且能够把高炉瓦斯灰中K、Na、Pb、Zn等有色金属进行烟气富集,并通过多段湿法工艺分离提取出来,实现了高炉灰的再资源化综合利用。此项技术是对高炉瓦斯灰综合、高效利用的较佳途径。
On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of blast furnace gas ash in Tangshan area, a technological process of comprehensive recovery and reuse of blast furnace gas ash was put forward and the process flow was verified through a series of experiments. The test results show that the process not only can effectively utilize Fe, C and other elements in blast furnace ash, but also can enrich the flue gases such as K, Na, Pb, Zn and other nonferrous metals in the blast furnace ash and can pass the multistage wet process Separated and extracted, to achieve a comprehensive utilization of blast furnace ash recycling. This technology is a good way to synthesize and utilize blast furnace gas ash effectively.
