学校教育与家庭教育是育人功能的两个分力,角度越小合力则越大。为此,近十年来我校十分重视家庭教育,并取得了一定的成绩,使学校保持了12年犯罪率为零的纪录,被命名为区综合治理成绩显著单位,办学质量进一步提高,家庭教育形成系列化、制度化、规范化。“摸、办、请、议、订、建”是我校家庭教育“三化”的具体体现。1.摸——摸清情况是基础。我校近2000名学生,这些家长的职业、文化素质、道德水准、经济状况和对待子女的思想、生活、学习态度,期望值各异,需要学校提供指导和帮助。因此,我校规定班主任每学期家访全班三分之一到二分之一的学
