为了研究UV-B辐射以及耕作方式对冬小麦灌浆特性的影响,对保护性的免耕、浅耕、深耕3种耕作方式下的小麦分别进行了UV-B辐射增强20.0%处理。用Richards方程对冬小麦的籽粒灌浆过程进行拟合,拟合结果能很好地反映出不同处理间的差别。结果表明,无外源照射处理下,冬小麦粒质量为浅耕>免耕>深耕,UV-B辐射增强导致3种耕作方式下的冬小麦粒质量降低,其中对浅耕方式下的冬小麦粒质量影响最大;从Richards方程拟合的籽粒灌浆参数可以得出,UV-B辐射增强使冬小麦粒质量降低的主要原因是降低了籽粒的灌浆速率和时间。
In order to study the effect of UV-B radiation and tillage on winter wheat grain filling, UV-B radiation was enhanced by 20.0% in protective tillage, shallow tillage and deep tillage, respectively. The Richards equation was used to fit the grain filling process of winter wheat. The fitting results can well reflect the differences among different treatments. The results showed that under the condition of no external radiation, the winter wheat grain quality was shallow tillage> no tillage> deep tillage. The enhanced UV-B radiation led to the decrease of winter wheat grain quality under the three tillage modes, Maximum. According to the grain filling parameters fitted by Richards equation, it can be concluded that the main reason for the decrease of winter wheat kernel weight by UV-B radiation is the decrease of grain filling rate and time.
