在国际资本市场筹集资金的方式主要有下列几种: 1.外商直接投资 在直接投资方式中,值得重视的是“BOT”投资方式,发展中国家基础设施的建设可以借鉴,这种投资方式的含义是:一个建设项目,承建者通过契约从委托人(通常是政府)手中获得特许权。成为特许权所有者之后,着手从事这个项目的投资、建设、经营。特许权享有期间,承建者通过对项目的经营,得到收益,用于收回投融资成本并获得利润,期满之后,将项目全部无条件地转交给委托人。这种投资方式的最主要的优点是可以减少国家的公共性支出,促进外国直接投资于基础设施建设和大型工业项目建设。对发展中国家来说,是一条少花钱,多办事的有效途径。但要保证这种方式的推行,必须有一整套完善的市场法律体系。
There are mainly the following ways to raise funds in the international capital market: 1. Foreign Direct Investment Among the direct investment methods, it is worth to pay attention to the “BOT” investment mode, and the infrastructure construction in developing countries can learn from it. The implication is that in a construction project, the contractor obtains the concession right from the principal (usually the government) through the contract. After becoming the owner of the concessionaire, we are engaged in the investment, construction and operation of this project. During the concession period, the contractor gains income through the operation of the project, which is used to recover the investment and financing costs and obtain profits. After the expiration, all the projects are transferred to the principal unconditionally. The main advantage of this type of investment is that it can reduce the expenditure on public goods in the country and promote the construction of infrastructure and large-scale industrial projects by foreign direct investment. For developing countries, it is an effective way to spend less and work more. However, to ensure the implementation of this approach, there must be a set of sound market legal system.
