根据铁道部《关于推进铁路多元化经营的意见》的精神,铁路多元化经营业务由运输业务和非运输业务共同构成。铁路非运输系统物流企业作为实施铁路多元化经营战略的重要组成部分,是延伸铁路运输服务链条、拓展物流市场的重要力量。因此,进一步增强非运输系统物流企业核心竞争能力,不仅是提高铁路物流市场份额和经济效益的必然要求,也是转变铁路发展方式、实施多元化经营的战略选择。
According to the spirit of “Opinions on Promoting Railway Diversified Management” issued by the Ministry of Railways, the railway diversified operation consists of both transportation and non-transportation businesses. As an important part of implementing railway diversification strategy, logistics enterprise of non-transportation system of railway is an important force to extend the service chain of railway transportation and expand the logistics market. Therefore, to further enhance the core competitiveness of non-transportation system logistics enterprises is not only an inevitable requirement for improving the market share and economic benefits of railway logistics, but also a strategic choice for transforming the railway development mode and implementing diversified management.
