职业技能鉴定是我国实施科教兴国战略目标的关键措施,也是当前人力资源开发的重点所在。中职学校作为职业教育的重要组成部分,在为社会和企业培养专业技能人才的过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用,但是随着现代科技和经济的迅猛发展,各种新成果的研发和应用,使得企业对技能人才综合素质的要求越来越高,中职学校肩负的责任也越来越大,只有开辟一条现代化的创新型人才培养途径才能实现多样化、专业化人才的培养目标。
