目的 研究肝素对兔眼白内障囊外摘出术 (ECCE)后后囊混浊的作用 ,以及肝素对角膜内皮、前房反应的影响。方法 建立白内障动物模型 ,在ECCE中应用不同浓度的肝素灌注液 ,术后应用裂隙灯显微镜、检眼镜及组织学方法观察角膜、前房及后囊膜的变化。结果 对照组与 5 0U/ml和 10 0U/ml肝素组角膜内皮水肿眼数及内皮细胞损失率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,前房反应眼数及后囊混浊眼数对照组与两个肝素组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而两组肝素组之间无差异。结论 肝素可抑制后发障的形成 ,减少早期前房反应 ,同时对角膜内皮无损害
Objective To investigate the effect of heparin on posterior capsular opacification after extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) in rabbits and the effect of heparin on corneal endothelium and anterior chamber reaction. Methods The animal model of cataract was established. Different concentrations of heparin perfusate were applied in ECCE. The changes of cornea, anterior chamber and posterior capsule were observed with slit lamp microscope, ophthalmoscope and histological method. Results There was no significant difference in the number of corneal endothelial edema and the rate of endothelial cell loss between the control group and 50 U / ml and 100 U / ml heparin groups (P> 0.05), the number of anterior chamber reaction and the number of posterior capsule opacities There was a significant difference between the two heparin groups (P <0.05), but there was no difference between the two groups. Conclusion Heparin can inhibit the formation of post-stroke, reduce the early anterior chamber reaction, while no damage to the corneal endothelium
